For each visitor to my web page, the web server automatically recognizes the visitor's IP address (where possible).

I collect the IP address, domain name and e-mail address (where possible) of visitors to my web page, the e-mail addresses of those who post comments on my blogs, articles and posts, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with me via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages visitors access or visit, user-specific information on what pages visitors access or visit, information volunteered by the visitor, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information I collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of my web page, used to notify visitors about updates to my web site, disclosed when legally required to do so, at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation, to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing my website and applicable laws or to protect against misuse or unauthorised use of my website.
