SWOT Analysis
Ok, today's going to be a struggle...
I'm still fighting off this cold but I'm determined not to stop my 06:30 gym starts. I'm not sleeping properly and I feel like s**t.
But that's not going to stop me! We're re-designing our website at Design Buds. We're hoping it'll be launched end of this week, I'll keep you updated on the progress of that project.
I've also been researching and using SWOT - Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats.
SWOT is a popular business technique that helps understand your or your businesses opportunities based upon it's strengths, skill sets, knowledge etc.
