IP Telephones - Not perfect for business use
Well, having settled into our new office we're encountering our first problems!
We use Vonage as our IP telephone provider. Basically, the phones work via the Internet and are much cheaper than standard BT phones.
The only problem is; recently we've been having some issues.
Luckily we haven't lost any clients due to the technical issues we've been having. However, some phone calls have been very difficult since we have on occasions been struggling to hear what the other person is saying. Obviously this is a problem if we miss-hear what our clients are requesting from us.
So we've made the decision to just use a good old-fashioned standard phone line!
Unfortunately I don't have time for a long blog entry today as I can't seem to find the end of my list of things to do!
