Ok, everything is going well so far.
I've been writing an article every day and submitting it to article directories (using my daily checklist). I'm hoping this will increase the number of inbound links to this website which should increase the organic (or free) traffic that I get. The traffic received should also be relevant, thus my conversions should be much higher.
I'm thinking about using eBay to sell digital products with resell rights or private label rights. This will grow my newsletter list, and also make a very small profit at the same time. I tried using eBay before to make money selling digital products and didn't make much of a profit. But the number of email addresses I gained was just over 500!
Unfortunately I can't use that same email list for two reasons; Firstly the email addresses are over three years old, and secondly I can't send those people unsolicited emails from a new newsletter. The emails I send them will either end up in their junk (spam) folders, or my email address and in turn my IP address would be blocked for spamming.
So I'm hoping to get some time over the next few days to start selling these digital products on eBay. I'll let you know how this goes very soon. So stay tuned!
Today I've got a lot of work to do on the designBuds homepage. I'll explain in more details what I've been doing once it's all finished and launched!
