Day Eight - Wednesday 21 January 2009
Your first day at any new job can be a daunting one. Taking on what may be on of the hardest jobs in the world; Barack Obama is Americas new president. It'll be interesting to see what he does differently to Bush. I heard on the news this morning that he's already ordered an immediate halt on the trials at Guantanamo Bay.
I'm also very curious to see if his quote "We will begin to responsibly leave Iraq to its people, and forge a hard-earned peace in Afghanistan," takes action too.
Today I want to add some new pages to this website. I want to add an "About Me" page and a "Contact Me" page. I'm aware that there's currently no way of contacting me through this site and I want my visitors to know they can easily interact with me.
I also want to add the "About Me" page to explain my interests and areas of expertise. Most importantly I plan to explain why I'm running this "money making" project on this website and the purposes of it.
Yesterday I added a new article explaining my daily checklist. The article can be seen here: Plan your day: make a checklist. I'm still writing the article explaining JV giveaways, and I'm also still researching JV giveaways. So I may have to delay the article until I have more knowledge to explain about the subject!
My EzineArticle account has reached its maximum number of article submissions. So I'm now waiting for the account to be upgraded so I can continue to add articles. I'm still writing an article each day which at the moment is my key to organic traffic and the success of this project.
Today I'm going to be starting a Google AdWords campaign for the services of designBuds Ltd. Check out my article How to Use Google AdWords Effectively - Without Losing Money! to see the techniques I'll be adopting when starting this campaign.
I'll keep you updated on how that marketing goes.
