I've finally updated my blog! I've been using Joomla to run my blog for the past 12 months and I've now custom-built my blog for flexibility.

The problem I find with Joomla is that for search engine optimisation it's just too over-coded. In the template I was using there was too much javascript on the page, too many images and loading times were poor.

So I've spent the last two days building my own blog website how I want it to be built. I've built some internet marketing features into the blog too.

So over the coming weeks I plan on building my subscriber list to this blog, writing many articles to promote the blog, and adding more completely original and totally useful blog entries.
