The first tool is Google Trends. A free tool which shows you hot trends people are searching for online. For example: at the moment the keyword "australianopen" is a hot trend due to the Australian Open currently under way in Melbourne.
Once you've found a hungry crowd i.e. a hot trend, browse yourself over to the Google Keyword Tool. A free tool which allows you find some good niche key phrases people are actively searching for online.
Having found a hot trend above enter it into the Google Keyword Tool. you'll be presented with a list of related key phrases and how many people search for each key phrase per month.
Now you know how popular certain key phrases are and therefore how hungry the crowd is
Step 2: Providing the Solution
Now you've found your hungry crowd you need to offer them a solution or product offering.
For this step you can either make your own solution such as an e-book or service offering, or head into affiliate marketing where you're offering someone else's product and taking a commission for the sale.
So, you should now have your hungry crowd and food for the hungry crowd.
But how do you make money from AdWords?
Having found your hungry crowd you'll want to add those key phrases to your AdWords account.
Setup an advert directing people to your website where you offer the solution, or the affiliate website.
There you have it. It's really pretty simple to make money with AdWords. It's all about supply and demand. If you can find a large group of people that all want a solution to their problem; provide them with a solution and charge for it.
